Subject of the Regulations:<\/b><\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. The Regulations define the subject of service provision, responsibilities, and stay on the premises of Aparthotel and constitute an integral part of the agreement, which is concluded by making a reservation and\/or payment of a deposit or the entire amount for the stay at the Aparthotel.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. By performing the actions mentioned in the preceding sentence, the Guest confirms that they have read and accepted the terms of the Regulations.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. The Regulations are available for inspection on the aparthotel-oswiecim.pl website.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. The Regulations apply to all persons staying on the premises of Aparthotel Mamma Mia.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. The entity renting rooms is hereinafter referred to as the ‘Aparthotel’, while the room tenant is referred to as the ‘Guest’.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Check-in day:<\/b><\/h4>\n
      \n
    1. The living space in the Aparthotel, hereinafter referred to as the ‘apartment,’ is rented for overnight stays.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. The check-in day lasts from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM the next day.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. If the Guest has not specified the duration of the stay when renting the room, it is assumed that the room has been rented for one day.<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. If the Guest wishes to extend their stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival, they should report it by 10:00 AM on the day the room rental period expires.<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. The Aparthotel will consider the request for an extension based on availability.<\/span><\/li>\n
    6. The extension of the stay may incur additional charges<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Reservation and Check-in:<\/b><\/h4>\n
        \n
      1. Check-in at Aparthotel Mamma Mia implies acceptance of the regulations.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. The basis for the Guest’s check-in is presenting an identity document.<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. The Guest cannot transfer the apartment to other persons, even if the period for which they have paid the stay fee has not expired.<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. The Aparthotel may refuse to admit a Guest who, during a previous stay, blatantly violated the Regulations, causing damage to the property of the Aparthotel or Guests, or causing harm to the persons of Guests, Aparthotel employees, or other individuals staying at the Aparthotel or disrupting the peaceful stay of Guests or the functioning of the Aparthotel in any other way.<\/span><\/li>\n
      5. The Aparthotel reserves the right to collect a pre-authorization of the registration card upon check-in for the amount due for the entire stay.<\/span><\/li>\n
      6. In the event of the Guest’s resignation from the stay during the ongoing day, the Aparthotel does not refund the fee for the given check-in day.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Aparthotel’s Responsibility:<\/b><\/h4>\n
          \n
        1. The Aparthotel is not liable for theft of money, theft, damage, or destruction of valuable papers, valuables, or items with scientific or artistic value if these items have not been placed in the safe located in the apartment.<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. The Aparthotel is not responsible for damage to or loss of the Guest’s car or other vehicle.<\/span><\/li>\n
        3. The Aparthotel is not responsible for items left in the vehicle and live animals, regardless of whether the vehicle is parked in the Aparthotel’s parking lot or outside the Aparthotel premises.<\/span><\/li>\n
        4. The Aparthotel is obligated to provide:
          \n<\/span>– Conditions for the Guest’s complete and unrestricted rest, safety during the stay, including the security of keeping guest information confidential.
          \n<\/span>– Performing necessary equipment repairs during the Guest’s absence, and in their presence only when the Guest expresses such a request<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Guests’ Responsibility:<\/b><\/h4>\n
            \n
          1. Children under the age of 13 should be under the constant supervision of their legal guardians while on the premises of the Aparthotel. Legal guardians are financially responsible for any damages caused by children.<\/span><\/li>\n
          2. Upon leaving the apartment, the Guest should always check the door’s closure.<\/span><\/li>\n
          3. The Guest bears full financial responsibility for any kind of damage or destruction of the Aparthotel’s equipment and technical devices caused by them or by individuals visiting them.<\/span><\/li>\n
          4. The Guest should promptly notify the Aparthotel immediately after check-in about:
            \n<\/span>– Any damages that occurred,
            \n<\/span>– Improperly performed cleaning services,<\/span>Any deficiencies or changes that, in the Guest’s opinion, constitute irregularities.<\/span><\/li>\n
          5. All damages or destruction of equipment and technical devices caused by the Guest or individuals visiting them must be covered promptly based on the assessment provided by the Aparthotel.<\/span><\/li>\n
          6. The Aparthotel reserves the right to charge the Guest’s credit card for damages discovered after their departure, and in case of missing card information, the Aparthotel has the right to request financial compensation from the Guest.<\/span><\/li>\n
          7. For fire safety reasons, the use of heaters, electric irons, and other similar devices that are not part of the room’s equipment is prohibited in the apartments.<\/span><\/li>\n
          8. Silence is required in the Aparthotel from 22:00 to 7:00 the next day.<\/span><\/li>\n
          9. The behavior of Guests and individuals using Aparthotel services should not disrupt the peaceful stay of other Guests. The Aparthotel may refuse further services to a person violating this rule.<\/span><\/li>\n
          10. In case of violating the regulations, the Aparthotel may refuse further services to the Guest who violates them. The Guest is obliged to immediately comply with the Aparthotel’s requests, settle payments for the stay and any damages, and leave the Aparthotel.<\/span><\/li>\n
          11. For safety reasons, a departing Guest should always close the window, turn off taps, and lock the door.<\/span><\/li>\n
          12. The Aparthotel has a statutory lien on items brought by the Guest to the Aparthotel in case of delayed or unsettled payments for services rendered.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Return of Left Items:<\/b><\/h4>\n
              \n
            1. Personal items left by the departing Guest in the apartment will be sent at the recipient’s expense to the address indicated by the Guest.<\/span><\/li>\n
            2. In the absence of such instructions, the Aparthotel will keep these items for 1 month, after which they will become the property of the Aparthotel, which is entitled to dispose of them from the premises.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Complaints:<\/b><\/h4>\n
                \n
              1. The Guest has the right to file complaints in case of noticing any deficiencies in the quality of provided services.<\/span><\/li>\n
              2. Complaints should be submitted immediately after noticing deficiencies in the standard of services rendered.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                Important Information:<\/b><\/h4>\n
                  \n
                1. The facility does not have a reception. Guests are requested to contact the property owner at least 1 day before arrival to arrange check-in details and key pick-up.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  Additional Provisions:<\/b><\/h4>\n
                    \n
                  1. The Aparthotel doesn’t accept pets.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  2. Smoking tobacco and e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited in the Aparthotel.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
                  3. Violation of these prohibitions will result in an additional fee of PLN 1000.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  4. A complete ban on possessing and using substances prohibited by law is in effect at Aparthotel Mamma Mia. In case of violation of this ban, the matter will be reported to the police, and the Guest will be required to leave the Aparthotel immediately without the right to a refund for the costs associated with the shortened stay in the Aparthotel.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  5. Dangerous items such as weapons, ammunition, flammable materials, illuminating materials, etc., cannot be stored in the apartments.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  6. Guests’ personal data is processed for the purpose of providing services. The administrator of personal data is Aparthotel Mamma Mia with its registered office in Grojec, ul. Marii Radziwi\u0142\u0142 n 6A, NIP 5512126327.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  7. Guests are not allowed to make any changes to the apartments or their equipment.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  8. The competent court for settling disputes between the Guest and the Aparthotel is the court having jurisdiction over the main office of the Aparthotel.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    Aparthotel Mamma Mia appreciates your cooperation in adhering to the regulations, which are designed to ensure a peaceful and safe stay for you.<\/span><\/p>\n
